Paul is a Partner in our firm and head of our Private Client Department.

Paul graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2004 with First Class Honours in Law and qualified as a solicitor in 2008. Since qualification Paul has always practised Private Client gaining a wealth of expertise and experience.

Paul specialises in: -

• Estate Planning, Care Fee Planning, Inheritance Tax Panning and Succession Planning;
• Administering estates on death and applications to the Probate Registry;
• Formation and administration of Trusts;
• Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney;

Paul is a professional Deputy, Attorney and Trustee for many of our clients.

Paul has previously been a partner in two local firms and regularly advises farmers and other business owners. He has expertise in advising on both routine and complex multi-million pound estates.

Paul always considers the “broader picture”, ensuring that all factors are taken into account. He is experienced in working with other professionals including accountants and land agents, ensuring that he gives bespoke and fully tailored advice.
