The fees that we charge:-

  • The basic fee covers a sale or purchase that proceeds smoothly without unforeseen circumstances
  • Possible issues that can increase the costs include depend on value and complexity (but are not limited to):-
  • Extra enquiries, unregistered titles, search issues, problems discharging mortgages, complicated boundaries, planning issues, building regulations issues, title issues, delay in receiving documents, dealing with management companies, liaising with Homes and Communities Agency in relation to Help To Buy loans, solar panel leases.
  • VAT is charged on all the fees at the current prevailing rate (currently 20%)
  • Money we pay out for you such as searches, insurance policies, Land Registry fees, Local Authority fees

The work undertaken will be charged at the hourly rate of the fee earner conducting the case.
