The fees that we charge:-

  • Depend on value and complexity
  • The basic fee covers a sale or purchase that proceeds smoothly without unforeseen circumstances
  • Possible issues that can increase the costs include (but are not limited to):-
  • Extra enquiries, search issues, problems discharging mortgage, complicated boundaries, planning issue, building regulations, title issues, part of property wrong, delay in recovering documents
  • VAT is charged on all the fees at the current prevailing rate (currently 20%)
  • Money we pay out for you such as searches, insurance policies, Land Registry fees, Local Authority fees

The work undertaken will be charged at the hourly rate of the fee earner conducting the case.
